Last updated October 16, 2026. This policy explains what information alexd.com collects, why, and the choices you have.
alexd.com is operated by Alex D'Romero, an independent conversion rate optimization and marketing consultant based in Phoenix, Arizona. In this policy, "I," "me," and "my" refer to Alex D'Romero. To reach me about anything here, use the contact form on the homepage.
When you submit the contact form, I collect your first and last name, work email address, website, and the message you write describing what you are trying to solve. If you book a call through the scheduling widget, the scheduling provider also collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email, and chosen time.
The free tools on this site (such as the Conversion Diagnostic and calculators) run in your browser. Numbers you type into them are processed locally and are not sent to me or stored.
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
I share information with the companies that help me run the site and my business. They process it on my behalf under their own privacy terms:
I may also disclose information if required by law or to protect my rights or the safety of others.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and many browsers offer a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. Blocking cookies or analytics scripts will not stop you from using the site, though some measurement and attribution will not work. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. If you would rather not have your IP address sent with the contact form, block the ipify request with a browser extension or email me through another channel, and the form will still work without it.
I keep contact form submissions and CRM records for as long as they are useful for the business relationship or my legitimate business needs, and delete them on request unless I am required to keep them. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in my analytics accounts.
Depending on where you live (including California, other U.S. states with privacy laws, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom), you may have the right to access the personal information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, and receive a copy of it. To make a request, use the contact form. I may need to verify your identity first. If you are in the EEA or UK and are unhappy with my response, you can also contact your local data protection authority.
I rely on reputable providers and standard safeguards such as encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
I am based in the United States, and the providers above may process data in the United States and other countries. By using the site or submitting the form, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.
This site is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
